The Clubhouse is available for rental by residents and non-residents for events, meetings and celebrations. The clubhouse at the reserve as a capacity of 200 people but rents for a maximum of 125 people. The rental of the clubhouse includes the main entryway, the main clubroom with lounge and bar, the billiard room and the banquet hall/reception room and restrooms. Rentals do not include the fitness room , yoga room, closets or the pool area.
The banquet room can be set up with chairs in lecture style for a meeting or with tables and chairs for a reception.
There are 66 cushioned chairs and 11 (6-top) round tables.
Rentals by owners can not be leased to a third party. Owners may rent the clubhouse for four to eight hour periods. See the rental agreement for owners for more information. To rent the facility an owner must include two checks; one for the security deposit and one for the rental deposit at the time of application. The final payment is due no later than 7 business days prior to the event. In order to receive a refund for a cancellation, the cancellation must be made at least 7 days in advance of the date of the intended use.

Non-residents and business or corporate rentals may rent the clubhouse for four to eight hours. See the rental agreement for cost and Clubhouse Rules and Regulations. You will provide two checks; one check and a Certificate of Liability Insurance are required with the rental application and one check is for the rental deposit. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance in order to receive a refund.

On the day of the rental, a representative from the HOA will do a walk-through with the owner/leasee and document the condition of the rooms to be used during the rental. This will happen at the start time of the rental prior to setting up the space. At the end of the rental period or earlier, if the leasee has cleared out of the space, the representative will also conduct a walk-through with the person renting the space. A volunteer member of the rental team will not be present during the rental but will check- in during the event to see if you have questions.
